About the role

Sutherland is urgently seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Camarines Sur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance with travel reviews and bookings. Your role will be crucial in delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound customer calls related to travel reviews and bookings
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Provide accurate information about travel products and services
  4. Assist customers with booking, modifying, or cancelling travel arrangements
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  6. Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Good English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role - Sales, Outbound Sales or Travel experiences are preferredProficiency in using computer systems
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
