Qualifications:

· Graduate of Customs administration or any related course

· Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience

· Computer proficient in MS Office

· Analytical, systematic, organized and meticulous

· Can work independently

· Well versed in all aspect of export processing procedures and documentations

· Very good negotiation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Facilitates and monitors all the schedule of the exporting items/products

  2. Coordinates with shipping lines/ forwarders/ brokers/ truckers/ consolidators/ and production sites regarding shipment schedules.

  3. Process Certificate of Origin and other documents pertaining shipment.

  4. Executes established export/shipping procedures in an accurate and timely manner.

  5. Creates export documents such as Commercial invoice , Packing list, Certificate of Origin, Inspection Certificate, Forwarder's Cargo Receipt (FCR) and House Bill of Lading (B/L)

  6. Reviews invoice versus packing list to ensure that documents are matched or tallied and ensure the completeness of all shipping documents and other custom requirements.

  7. Checks the pre-advised report by the trucker

  8. Designates trucker per shipment

  9. Checks the cargo loading plan ***

  10. Requests transportation for LCL shipments and monitor until delivery

  11. Sends all original documents to buyer online and via FEDEX

  12. Monitor the payment of buyers once documents were submitted

  13. Prepares all summary documents of sales for the export ***

  14. Prepares export declaration in intercommerce

  15. Monitors all the schedule for incoming export

  16. Maintains records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

  17. Knowledgeable in Damco Portal, Info nexus and other platform for Booking and Documentation
