Job Responsibilities:
✨Handle local deliveries and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely receipt of materials
✨ Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers to facilitate smooth shipment and delivery processes
✨ Request, review, and evaluate quotations from various suppliers
✨ Prepare and process import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents, in compliance with PEZA and Bureau of Customs regulations
✨ Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s Degree in any course
✨At least 5 years of experience in Impex or purchasing.
✨Have experience working in manufacturing is a plus
✨Have experience using VASP System is an advantage.
✨Have experience processing PEZA documents like EZB. S106 and S105.
✨Can start as soon as possible
