Job Responsibilities:
✨Handle local deliveries and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
✨ Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of materials.
✨ Request and evaluate quotations from different suppliers.
✨ Prepare and process import and export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents in compliance with PEZA and Bureau of Customs regulations.
✨ Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s Degree in any course
✨At least 5 years of experience in Impex or purchasing.
✨Have experience working in manufacturing is a plus
✨Have experience using VASP System is an advantage.
✨Have experience processing PEZA documents like EZB. S106 and S105.
✨Can start as soon as possible
