Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and dependable Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, business development initiatives, and client relations. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires a proactive leader who can manage projects, oversee company tasks, and represent the boss in high-level meetings. The ideal candidate must be resourceful, professional, and capable of wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the CEO in managing company operations and team coordination.
- Serve as the representative of the CEO in client meetings and business-related activities.
- Manage schedules, communications, and daily business requirements.
- Assist in setting up and managing a Shopify store, including basic product uploads and simple design tasks.
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute ideas for business expansion and project growth.
- Ensure timely response to messages, emails, and business concerns.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold the company's professional image.
Qualifications
- Must reside in Makati or Mandaluyong (priority for proximity to Rockwell office).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in executive support, business management, or team handling.
- Knowledgeable in Shopify store set-up and capable of simple design editing.
- Strong background in marketing, planning, and project expansion.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Highly professional, adaptable, and proactive in handling multiple responsibilities.
- Willing to work on-site daily and travel for business purposes when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
