Position Title: Call Center Agent – Outbound

Department: Outbound Sales / Lead Generation / Customer Outreach

Reports To: Outbound Team Leader

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

The Outbound Call Center Agent is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, generating leads, verifying information, and promoting the organization's products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers according to daily call quotas.
  • Present product or service information clearly and persuasively.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and gather relevant customer data.
  • Schedule appointments, product demos, or follow-up calls as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and call notes in the CRM system.
  • Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate responses.
  • Meet or exceed set KPIs such as call volume, lead conversions, and appointment targets.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and call performance.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Confidence in making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate CRM or call center software.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good customer service attitude and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to follow scripts and guidelines effectively.
  • Willing to work onsite - Angeles City
  • Can start immediately

Preferred

  • Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with the company's industry (Telco Account)
  • Experience working with KPIs and sales targets.
  • Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
