  • Coordinates with clients all transactional and information (confirmation of transaction, clarification of inventory, damage items, inventory discrepancies, etc.) that are related and will touch the services availed by the Clients.
  • Respond to email inquiries regarding stock levels, order status, etc.
  • Review and verify receipt pre-alert details and actual receipt inventory details, order information and shipping points to meet 100% accuracy of details prior on system input.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updating of transaction and filing report sending within the agreed period.
  • Prepare and process customer orders in WMS or TMS.
  • Inspect all stock items and identify any deficiencies like quantity and inventory variance, defective, near expiry or expired products and report related items to clients and immediate head.
  • Maintains Inventory Records accuracy (IRA) per quantity, per item and per location.

Qualification:

  • Candidates must possess at least College degree or any IT related courses and Computer Programming short courses and certification
  • Exposed on diverse Supply Chain Business with 1-year experience in handling Inventory and Warehouse Management Systems (preferable SAP or Infor) and Logistics or Forwarding business is an advantage
  • Essential to have good numerical skills and understanding of statistics
  • Keen in monitoring and validation and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer literate and well versed and knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable in Warehouse and Inventory Management System preferably SAP and INFOR WMS
