Join the Customer Service team, a leading provider of innovative training solutions based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time, competitive salary role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our retail clients, helping them get the most out of our training programs. With a focus on building strong relationships, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information to ensure their needs are met.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Providing detailed information about our training programs and services
  4. Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
  5. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and communicating them to the management team

What we're looking for

  1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail or training industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  5. A positive, customer-focused attitude and a genuine desire to help others
