Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative for our Consumer Electronics Account. This is a full-time, work from home position located in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the consumer electronics industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other digital channels
  2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  4. Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer cases to the appropriate team
  5. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. At least a High School/Senior High School Graduate + with 6 months International voice experiencee
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  4. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  5. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
