About the role:

The Manager, Finance is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves supervising accounting operations, managing internal controls, and providing support in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Review and approve journal entries and financial reports to ensure the integrity of financial records
  • Provide management with financial insights, trends, and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making

Accounting Operations

  • Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure accuracy
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Track actual performance against budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
  • Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and financial strategies to improve profitability

Audit and Compliance

  • Monitor compliance with tax laws, corporate policies, and financial reporting regulations
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
  • Address and resolve audit findings and implement recommended improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
