About the Role

J&H Smart Trading Corporation is looking for a Finance / Admin Associate who will handle financial transactions, payroll, and administrative operations. We need someone detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy to support our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Finance & Payroll

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare basic financial reports, vouchers, and reimbursements
  • Monitor expenses and assist in budget tracking
  • Maintain financial records and documentation
  • Process payroll (salary, overtime, deductions, allowances)
  • Ensure timely remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Coordinate with external accountants/auditors

Admin

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee records
  • Manage office supplies and administrative requests
  • Assist in permits, licenses, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
  • Perform other admin tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related course
  • At least 1–2 years experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or admin
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge in accounting/payroll software a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
  • Strong communication skills and can work with minimal supervision

Work Schedule & Benefits:

  • Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Government-mandated benefits after 6 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
