The Finance Associate supports the Finance Department in handling accounting transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment processing.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Reconcile accounts, verify expenses, and monitor budget utilization.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules.
  • Maintain organized and updated financial files and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for financial requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and government regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (hospitality or gaming industry experience is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
