LIAISON OFFICER
Job Summary:
The Liaison Officer is tasked to facilitate the administration of in-patient health benefits to all HMO member's/card holders through proper coordination between the patient and the provider.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- (For in-patients): Receive the report of the patient for verification, check the coverage and notify the company guarantor, and assist the patient at the admission department for proper documentation.
- Facilitate credit and collection, and receive an original copy of the referral form and constantly follow up HMO payments.
- Conduct orientation on hospital admission to clients.
- Address client's inquiries.
- Successfully manage a large number of incoming calls and emails
- Inform patients about their benefit inclusions and exclusions.
- Assist client's concerns regarding professional fees.
- Assist in the admission process for patients and monitor doctor's PF.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Patient and exhibits grace under pressure
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Can promptly and effectively monitor, coordinate and communicate strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any medical related course, preferably Nursing.
- At least 1-year experience in healthcare setting and/or as a customer service specialist or its equivalent, ideally within a similar setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
