JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to manage the submission of worker and client documents for government verification. This role involves coordinating with the Compliance Manager on accreditation matters, maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), and recommending process improvements based on industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a background in compliance or administration.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collate, process, and submit workers' and clients' documents to relevant government bodies for verification and approval.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance Manager on compliance-related matters concerning client accreditation.
  • Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) through administrative support.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements based on best practices, industry trends, and comparative analysis.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Assist with other compliance and quality management-related tasks as required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Quality Management, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in compliance, documentation, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
