This role involves monitoring publisher compliance with content policies by reviewing mobile game/app/website content, identifying prohibited material, and reporting findings.  Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Company's publisher merchant onboarding process by monitoring new and existing publisher merchants' compliance with the Company's prohibited content policies and guidelines.
  • Reviewing mobile games/apps/website content to identify content that is prohibited as per Coda's prohibited content policy and producing reports of findings
  • Liaising effectively with other internal stakeholders (publisher team, legal etc)     
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in workflow and suggesting solutions
  • Maintaining knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry trends
  • Assisting the Content Compliance Manager with managing and executing the content compliance framework and process. 
Requirements
  •  1-2 years experience in content moderation    
  • Excellent English communication skills (written
  • Excellent comprehension skills      
  • Strong analytical and research skills      
  • Have a passion for gaming and awareness of the industry trends      
  • High-speed internet connection and dedicated smartphones required      
  • Multilingual is a plus (preferrably Southeast Asian languages)
