RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Network Operations: Monitor uptime, performance, and security; apply patches; ensure SLA compliance; support incident/change management.

· Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage WAN, LAN, WLAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network services (e.g., NLB); automate using Ansible/Terraform.

· Advanced Support: Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes; report on network health and performance.

· Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain dashboards; generate and present performance and incident reports.

· Documentation & Lifecycle: Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and change logs; plan upgrades and manage capacity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience: 3–4 years in infrastructure, with 3+ years in network administration.

· Core Skills:

o LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), VLANs, STP, QoS

o Cisco (CCNA required), SD-WAN, SolarWinds

o Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), VPNs, endpoint protection

o ITIL processes, security compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)

· Advantage to have:

o Palo Alto certification, SIEM integration, Visio documentation

o InfoBlox DNS/DHCP, IPAM, automation (Python, Ansible), Git

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
