The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing debt and cash collection processes. Duties include maintaining communication with clients, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring timely payment collections. The role requires effective coordination with the finance team to monitor and report on collection activities.

Job Description:

  • Using various skip tracing methods to locate clients.
  • Interviewing clients telephonically to establish their ability to pay debt.
  • Encouraging clients to utilize payment options such as credit cards and securing information for administrative services to process.
  • Negotiating settlements by arranging clients' payments over longer time span.
  • Confirming clients' information and payment agreements.
  • Informing management regarding effectiveness of strategies for various accounts.
  • Complying with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years old and above
  • Atleast HS Grduate
  • With or without experience
  • With complete requirements
  • Amenable to work at Mandala Park, Mandaluyong City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
