Product Specialist

Customer Service
i. Ensure 100 % compliance on customer service standards
Selling Area
ii. Checks the Shelf Service Level (SSL) before opening of store.
iii. Accomplish running tasks on a daily basis.
iv. Ensures proper handling of stocks based on standards.
v. Ensures timely replenishment of stocks.
vi. Ensures freshness of product by practicing First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) policy.
vii. Monitors expiration of stocks and regularly submits to Pharmacist or Nutritionist
viii. Ensures that all items have correct shelf tags.
ix. Implements correct promotion cascaded and approved by the Merchandising
Team.
x. Familiarizes with product offtake of assigned department
xi. Provides prompt feedback to supervisor regarding status of deliveries
b. Housekeeping
i. Ensure good housekeeping standards in assigned department at all times.
ii. Ensures all fixtures and accessories are properly maintained
c. Reportorial
i. Update near expiry / expired monitoring form.
ii. Accomplish Damage and Loss Report monitoring
iii. Ensure correct bundling execution based on Marketing and Merchandising
guidelines.
