Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company websites.
Screen resumes and applications, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Onboarding and Off boarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire packets and
conducting orientations.
Coordinate exit procedures for departing employees, ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping.
Contract Monitoring
- Training and Development:
Help coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
- Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist with updating HR databases and employee information systems, 201.
- Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics as required.
- HR Administration:
Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
Handle day-to-day HR inquiries from employees and provide timely responses.
