  1. Employee Records Management:

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.

 Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

 Assist with updating HR databases and employee information systems, 201.

  1. Compliance and Reporting:

 Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

 Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics as required.

  1. HR Administration:

 Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
