Job Description
You'll be the creative force behind a dynamic North American company's brand presence, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while driving marketing initiatives that reach the right audiences. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic brand management and hands-on marketing execution, where you'll have the autonomy to manage social media channels, create compelling campaigns, and directly support sales success. You'll play a crucial role in launching new services while maintaining the high standards that define the company's brand identity.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials, brochures, and digital assets
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and messaging campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Manage and grow Instagram account and other social media channels with engaging content
  • Create graphics, visual content, and marketing materials that support sales initiatives
  • Launch and market new trademarked services through targeted campaigns
  • Support sales team with brochures, product presentations, and customer acquisition materials
  • Research and identify optimal messaging platforms to reach target audiences
  • Provide lead generation support when sales needs additional pipeline development
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for both main business and specific service offerings
  • Collaborate across time zones to ensure seamless brand and marketing execution
Requirements
  • Experience in brand management and maintaining brand consistency
  • Strong marketing background with social media management experience
  • Content creation skills across multiple formats and platforms
  • Graphic design capabilities
  • Experience with campaign development and execution
  • Understanding of messaging strategies and audience targeting
  • Ability to support sales teams with marketing materials
