A strategic and creative Digital Marketer to lead our online marketing initiatives.

The role is critical in driving digital campaigns that educate, engage, and convert potential clients, while supporting brand visibility and agent recruitment efforts.

The role is responsible for managing digital touchpoints and optimizing the customer journey from awareness to policy acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns to promote life insurance products and recruit agents through social media, search engines, email, and online platforms.


• Develop and manage content strategies that align with brand messaging, compliance standards, and client education.


• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards, adjusting tactics for maximum ROl.


• Collaborate with sales, compliance, and training teams to support field agents and digital lead conversion.


• Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility for key insurance offerings and policy education materials.


• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, insurance industry regulations, and competitor activity.


• And other tasks that may assigned from time to time related to Marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.


• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or insurance.


• Proficient in social media advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.


• Strong understanding of consumer behavior in insurance or financial services.


• Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.


• Knowledge of local insurance marketing regulations is a plus.
