Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Leading, motivating, and evaluating employees and local managers to achieve performance targets.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitoring and coordinating daily operations, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales, service, safety, and staffing goals across various sites.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing operational issues to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports and providing updates on the performance of their assigned area.
  • Training & Development: Providing training, guidance, and support to the team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and locations.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Experience: Experience in management, particularly in overseeing multiple locations or field teams, is often required.

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
