  • Supervises daily housekeeping tasks and activities to ensure the efficient delivery of service.
  • Assists in the conduct of daily operations briefing.
  • Reports necessary information related to the day-to- day operations to Site/Area Supervisor and client representative, if necessary.
  • Ensures operational requests from employees, guests or management, are responded to promptly, efficiently and courteously.
  • Attends regular huddle with client representative.
  • Coordinates with all units for the requirements and concerns of employees and clients to be able to deliver the required services.
  • Manages stock inventory through updating of stock cards.
  • Ensure proper discipline and work ethics of employees.
  • Handles issuance of NTE (Notice to Explain) to employees.
  • Monitors complaints on services and reports to Site Supervisor for appropriate action.
  • Helps ensure harmonious and good relationship with client.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
