About the role
Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the opportunity to work from both the office and home. You will enjoy fixed weekends off and a competitive salary range of 25,000 to 31,000 Philippine pesos.
What you'll be doing
- Provide exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, handling inbound calls.
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Pure voice customer service role.
- Address queries about insurance, claims, benefits, and eligibility.
- Pure inbound calls, including assisting US and Canadian members.
What we're looking for
- 2 years completed in college, no back subject or 2 years vocational graduate with healthcare international account experience.
- At least 12 months SOLID stay from EACH BPO experience handling a metrics-driven international account (AHT, CSAT, QA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Amenable to start ASAP
