Responsibilities

  • Sustainability Management:
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans to enhance the environmental performance of the airport.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • ENERCON Management:
  • Develop and implement energy conservation strategies to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
  • Monitor and analyze energy usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize energy efficiency.
  • Building Management Systems (BMS):
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of BMS to ensure the efficient functioning of HVAC, lighting, and other building systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of BMS components.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical expertise and support for sustainability, ENERCON, and BMS-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Vendor Coordination:
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery for BMS and energy management systems.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sustainability initiatives, energy usage, system performance, and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sustainability, ENERCON, and BMS performance and initiatives.
  • Training and Development:
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff on sustainability practices, energy management, and BMS operations.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars to promote sustainability and energy conservation awareness among staff and tenants.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sustainability, energy management, building automation systems, or facilities management, preferably in an airport, premium Hotel or commercial complex.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing sustainability initiatives, ENERCON, and BMS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certification in Sustainability is a plus.
  • Trainings on Energy Management, Energy Audit, LEED, BERDE
  • Training in BMS Operations best practice
  • PRC License Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
  • Certified Energy Manager, or Energy Auditor is a Plus
  • Willing to work on Shifting schedules, weekend and holidays to provide support to site
  • On-Call during Emergencies
  • Willing to be assigned in Lapu-Lapu City
