Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Prepare construction schedule.

  2. Monitor all construction timeline.

  3. Provide Daily Activity Report (DAR)

  4. Generate weekly and monthly construction update.

  5. Draft and prepare progress billing.

  6. Evaluates all claims and change order.

  7. Coordinates of planning and consultant for verification of

Construction Plans, RFA, RFI.

  1. Conduct regular staff meetings (toolbox) to share best practice techniques.

  2. Conduct weekly coordination meeting with Management.

  3. Evaluate and validate the capacity of contractor for awarding of

project.

  1. Oversee all construction activities.

  2. Review and validate all construction cost of site.

  3. Attend coordination meeting to represent the owner.

  4. Establish a cordial and professional relationship with co-employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasig Central Post Office 1600 P00: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)
