RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables to ensure efficient and timely execution.
  • Lead and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle — from conceptual design and procurement through construction and final handover.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, in-house workers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage on-site construction, repair, and renovation activities for both company-owned properties and client projects, ensuring compliance with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, local building codes, and company policies and procedures.
  • In-charge with the processing of necessary permits
  • Liaise with clients to evaluate and negotiate construction project requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as Site Manager or Project In-Charge.
  • With experience in cost and contracts management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
