About the role

Net Pacific, Inc.' is seeking a talented and experienced Project In Charge (ECE/EE) to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing electrical and electronic engineering projects, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of electrical and electronic engineering projects from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans
  • Oversee the work of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and delays, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
  • Collaborate with the design and implementation teams to ensure project specifications are met
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, budgets, and project documentation for management and client review
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and innovation to enhance project delivery

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Project In Charge or Project Manager in the electrical/electronic engineering industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects, from inception to completion
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical and electronic systems, design, and implementation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
