Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and manage land development projects from pre-construction to turnover.
  • Oversee site works including earthworks, road networks, drainage, water, power, and other utilities.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and local government agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, zoning, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Review project drawings, technical specifications, and contracts.
  • Identify risks, delays, and issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement of project materials.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed PRC Engineer required).
  • Minimum 10-15 years of solid experience in land development projects (subdivisions, mixed-use developments, industrial parks, or large-scale site development).
  • Strong knowledge of horizontal works (roads, drainage, waterlines, sewer, electrical utilities).
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site and travel to different project locations.
  • WILLING TO STAY AND ASSIGNED AT ANY PROJECT LOCATIONS.
  • NOT SENSITIVE IN WORKING ENVIRONMENT
