Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any 4-year business course
  • At least 7 years of experience managing IT projects performing functions from project initiation until project closing.
  • Demonstrated solid experience in various project management approaches: Traditional (waterfall), and agile (iterative/Scrum) or Hybrid
  • Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience in Project Planning and Scheduling, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, and Vendor Management
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams of 10-20 members, engaging stakeholders from middle management to group head levels
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering at least 2 complex projects with budgets up to 10M within 6-12 month timelines
  • Training attendance in globally accepted Project Management Standards (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM);
  • Certification on PM standards such as PMP, Agile PM or Scrum is not required but is highly preferable

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php120, Php140,000.00 per month
