Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Project Manager who will play a critical role in bridging marketing, product development, and technology teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward smoothly and on schedule, without delays.
  • Ensuring that our motorcycle-financing products and services are fully accessible and optimized within the mobile application, thereby promoting customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Adhere to the app development project timeline and smoothly advance the project toward the app's launch
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are clearly defined
  • Act as the primary point of contact person for the app development vendor and relevant internal teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination
  • Facilitate regular status updates, steering‐committee meetings, and alignment workshops
  • Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
  • Proactive problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities
  • Ensure that deliverables meet agreed‐upon quality standards and comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements

Post-Launch Management

  • Define and track KPIs/KRIs (e.g. install rates, activation rates) to validate that the app meets business goals
  • Analyze user feedback and product metrics; prioritize and drive enhancements
  • Own the roadmap for in-app content updates, promotional campaigns, and new feature releases
  • Plan and execute sprint cycles for continuous improvements
  • Ensure that digital campaigns and app journeys are integrated and consistent with the company's customer experience goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:

  • More than 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within fintech, lending, or digital platforms.
  • Experience in guiding and motivating cross-functional teams
  • Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies, as well as DevOps practices
  • Understanding of BSP guidelines and the Philippine Data Privacy Act
  • Familiarity with credit-scoring models, AML regulations, and KYC processes
