We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive both client-facing engagements and internal initiatives from planning through successful delivery. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Initiation & Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business and client requirements.
  • Detailed Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Assign responsibilities, monitor team progress, and ensure collaboration and accountability across all stakeholders.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify and manage risks, handle change requests, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain consistent, transparent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through regular updates and reports.
  • Execution & Quality Control: Oversee implementation, monitor deliverable quality, and address issues to maintain project integrity.
  • Project Closure: Document lessons learned, ensure proper handover, and evaluate project performance against objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of project management experience (preferably in IT).
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional team coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (English and Filipino).
  • Willing to work onsite full-time at Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
  • Possesses a valid passport and is open to domestic or international travel.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
