JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts.
  • Preparing of financial statements, cost of reports, and bank reconciliation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial transactions
  • Update and Maintain General Ledger Accounts
  • Financial Reports preparation and analysis
  • Preparation and filing of BIR Compliances
  • Takes charge of SEC documents processing.
  • Processing payments.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Other tasks as assigned by immediate superior/management.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of Accountancy (CPA)
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Must be knowledgeable in taxation
  • Must have an experience in BIR filing and compliance
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Can start immediately
