Research and Training Assistant

The Research and Training Assistant will be primarily responsible for gathering and analyzing data that supports business development, sales strategies, and organizational growth. The role will also play a key part in coordinating and facilitating sales training sessions and coaching activities to ensure that sellers are equipped with the skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor practices, and sales training methodologies to support business and talent development.
  • Compile, organize, and analyze data for reports, presentations, and decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing research summaries, training content, and evaluation tools.
  • Help facilitate sales training sessions and coaching activities, ensuring active engagement and smooth execution.
  • Provide logistical support for training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Support post-training evaluations and recommend improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams in research and development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Open to fresh graduates)
  • Preferably with internship or work experience in research, training, or sales support.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (English and Filipino).
  • Comfortable in speaking before groups and facilitating training or coaching activities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
