Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to refine user stories and ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Support integration and underwriting workflows, ensuring accurate system interactions.
  • Contribute to custom app development projects, validating deliverables and conducting testing.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum
  • Strong expertise in requirements management, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Solid background in stakeholder management and client-facing engagements
  • Hands-on experience in unit testing/manual validation of requirements
  • Exposure to underwriting, business systems, or integration projects
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
