Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing tools, and driving growth initiatives. This role focuses on the operational side of marketing—covering campaign execution, content scheduling, lead generation, and CRM management. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and experienced in using digital marketing tools to ensure marketing processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Build, manage, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
  • Social Media Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Ad Campaign Coordination: Assist with tracking and reporting ad performance, coordinating with media buyers, and helping optimize campaign results.
  • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and connect with potential leads through online communities, social media, and forums.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain CRM contacts, tags, and pipelines to ensure smooth lead flow and data accuracy.
  • Outreach Workflows: Develop, monitor, and optimize outreach workflows for DM campaigns, follow-ups, and referral programs.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and subscriber growth for team review.

Mandatory Skills

  • Digital Marketing Experience: Skilled in using tools such as GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Content & Copywriting: Strong written communication skills for creating engaging social media and email content.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiar with CRM systems and adept at managing contacts, tags, and pipelines.
  • Organization & Independence: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple marketing tools and willing to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Skills

  • Ad Campaign Support: Basic understanding of paid media tracking, reporting, and optimization.
  • Social Media Management: Experience handling content calendars and platform engagement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in real estate or wholesaling is a plus.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret marketing data and refine strategies based on performance insights.
  • Creativity: Innovative approach to crafting social media and email campaigns that drive engagement.
