OBJECTIVE:

Lead the product lifecycle of AI-powered SaaS applications focusing on user value pricing models, features prioritization, go-to-market strategy - without needing to understand the technical AI Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs in close collaboration with the AI Strategist.
  • Conduct customer discovery and competitive analysis to identify market gaps and validate product-market fit.
  • Translate business goals into user stories, feature specs, and release plans using Agile/Scrum.
  • Create pricing strategy, subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Enterprise), and retention features (e.g., usage alerts, onboarding flows).
  • Work closely with developers to scope AI-powered features without needing to build or train models.
  • Monitor product performance in terms of usage, adoption rates, churn, etc.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 2+ years of SaaS product management experience.
  • Proven track record shipping subscription-based application products.
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG), freemium models, and user onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams; familiarity with Jira, Figma, Notion, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in verticals like productivity tools, CRM, HR tech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Exposure to AI-powered features (even only UX or spec-writing perspective).
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
