
Human Resource Associate

Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records and HR information systems (HRIS), communicating with candidates, and acting as a point of contact for employees' HR-related questions and requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support:
Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, contacting references, and assisting with the creation and issuing of employment contracts.
- Onboarding & Orientation:
Guiding new employees through the orientation process, providing information on benefits, and processing new hire paperwork.
- Record Keeping:
Maintaining and updating employee records, applicant tracking systems, and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Employee Support:
Serving as a first point of contact for employees' HR-related questions and issues, providing information on benefits, and assisting with employee requests.
- Compliance:
Helping to ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations by providing information and documentation to employees.
- Training & Development:
Assisting with the creation, distribution, and administration of training and development materials and programs.
- Administrative Tasks:
Performing various administrative tasks for the HR department, such as preparing reports, coordinating events, and managing HR documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to manage paperwork, documentation, and administrative processes.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with candidates, employees, and managers.
- Confidentiality:
A high level of discretion and ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build relationships and foster a positive work environment.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency with office software and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases.
