What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments and materials
  2. Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
  3. Picking, packing, and dispatching outgoing orders in a timely manner
  4. Coordinating with transportation providers to ensure on-time deliveries
  5. Assisting with the preparation of shipping documents and invoices
  6. Collaborating with the logistics team to identify and implement process improvements
  7. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • College Graduate of any course
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Logistics
  • Create and monitor daily routes for each vehicle, keeping in touch with drivers and helpers throughout the day
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of delivery vehicles
  • Focusing on tasks like tracking shipments, maintaining inventory records
  • Ensuring compliance with transportation and safety regulation
  • Can start ASAP
