This role is designed for professionals with advanced analytical & BI skills with a strong background in customer research and insight analysis. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level SQL skills, experience with statistics and survey modelling techniques, and a proven track record in stakeholder management.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets using advanced SQL queries.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that provide deep insights into customer behaviour and trends.

Customer Research & Insight:

  • Conduct comprehensive customer research and insight analysis to identify key trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize statistical methods and survey modelling techniques to interpret survey data and support business decisions.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision making.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and align insights with business objectives.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and customer research.
  • Identify and implement improvements in data collection and analysis processes.

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree holder
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in SQL, including experience with complex queries and large datasets.
  • Solid experience with statistical analysis and familiarity with survey modelling techniques using Python or R.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
