Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders/clients to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
  • Develop custom AI agent workflows based on market LLM capabilities
  • Use predictive modellings and/or AI agent workflows to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and/or AI agent workflows and monitor outcomes
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model and/or AI agent workflows performance and data accuracy

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of work experience as a Data Scientist
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in computer science, data science, operations research, statistics, applied mathematics, or related quantitative fields
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, constrained optimization, sentiment analysis, graph community detection, etc.) and experience with applications
  • Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Scipy and/or Scikit-learn, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
  • Knowledge of advanced techniques for building AI agents workflows (e.g., LangGraph, Pydantic AI, or equivalent)
  • Strong experience with Python programming language
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
  • Experience with distributed data / computing tools: Hadoop, Kafka, Attunity, Dask, Spark, etc. is a plus
  • Experience developing and/or deploying in environments (AWS, GCP) and containerization techniques (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Elastic) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
