Occupational Health Company Nurse

About the Role

Australia Farm Innovations, Inc., a leading manufacturing company committed to quality, safety, and innovation, is looking for a dedicated and proactive Company Nurse to join our Occupational Health Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting employee health and safety, providing quality nursing care, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site medical care for both occupational and non-occupational cases.
  • Conduct health assessments, screenings, and wellness guidance for employees.
  • Assist the Company Physician during consultations and medical check-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Manage and monitor clinic supplies and medicine inventory for efficiency and cost control.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the company clinic.
  • Coordinate and implement health and safety programs, including vaccination drives, wellness campaigns, and emergency response training.
  • Support DOLE and company occupational safety and health compliance requirements.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the workplace.
  • Assist in other administrative and HR-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant clinical, hospital, or corporate experience preferred.
  • Newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably with training or certification in the following (an advantage but not required):
  • Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • First Aid Training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
  • Willing to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
