Carries out basic duties of a company nurse from assessment of patient health status, provision of emergency and curative care to employees, health education, and management and transport of ill/injured patients and further referrals.

Supervises clinic activities: planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of employee wellness programs; conducts health education thru training and health teachings.

Manages an effective reporting and records system relative to the health information of employees.

Oversees all other medical services such as pre-employment medical examination, annual medical examination, HMO-related functions, medical certificates, lab results, etc.
