Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in providing medical services to guests and employees of the Global Clark Assets Corp. (GCAC).
• Assist in the promotion and maintenance of proper healthcare to the sick, well and convalescent employees and guests.
• Gives immediate nursing care to patients with non-complicated work related injuries.
• Assists in annual and pre-employment physical examinations.
• Administers intravenous fluid therapy.
• Performs wound dressing and removal of sutures.
• Accomplishes the reporting and recording of the patient's medical related complaints and responds to treatment regimen.
• Assists in educating patients regarding health maintenance management.
• Coordinates to the accredited hospitals in case that an employee is for admission and confinement.
• Willing to do multi-tasking such as; administrative and clerical works.
• Assists in the welfare of employees such as doing health teachings and free laboratory screening (as sponsored by medical representatives).
• Do the necessary precautionary measure regarding COVID matters.
• Recommends and implements procedures regarding COVID measures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your immediate superior.

Job Qualifications

• Skillful and knowledgeable in performing nursing functions; thorough physical assessment, nursing assessment, reporting and recording of patient's chief complaints, medication administration, psychological and emotional intervention or support and assistance in convalescence and rehabilitation of sick employees and guests.
• Certified and trained in intravenous therapy.
• Certified and trained in basic life support and advanced cardiac life support.
• Assertive, firm, and flexible in all emergency and elective medical scenarios.
• With good judgment and possesses sensitivity in responding to changing situations.
• Values time and work with priority.
• Possesses initiative to learn and get updated with the new trends in technology related to the field of nursing.
• Can be relied upon to keep important and confidential matters.
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Must have passed the Nurse's Licensure Examination set by the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) Board.
• Must have at least prior experience in the hospital, particularly in the Emergency room.
• Must be well – trained in Basic Life Support (First Aid and other Emergency situations) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support if possible.
• Must be an experienced intravenous therapy nurse.
