The Legal Counsel provides expert legal advice, representation, and support to ensure that the company's operations, policies, and transactions comply with applicable laws and protect the organization from legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance across all teams and departments.
  • Review, draft, and interpret contracts, agreements, and business documents to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential legal risks and develop preventive measures to protect the organization.
  • Coordinate closely with HR, Management, and external legal partners on case handling, contracts, and compliance matters.
  • Conduct legal research and provide insights to support strategic management decisions.
  • Represent the company in mediations and liaise with the legal community and government offices when needed.
  • Oversee intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Attorney (Member of the Philippine Bar).
  • Preferably with experience in corporate, labor, and commercial law.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
