The
Operations Assistant
provides essential support in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth coordination across sales, inventory, logistics, and administrative functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency and accuracy within the retail and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouse staff for order fulfillment and deliveries.
  • Support sales operations across physical stores and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, website, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, purchase orders, and delivery records.
  • Ensure accurate and timely encoding of data in inventory and sales systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other departments.
  • Help implement company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in managing daily office or warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, retail, or a similar field.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
