criteria

  1. We need someone with a wide network in the outsourcing/call center.
  2. Has a proven track record of sourcing, winning, and onboarding an international client from a global call center anywhere in the world.
  3. Any nationality residing anywhere in the world.
  4. No educational attainment required.
  5. Ambivert.
  6. Has EQ higher than IQ,
  7. Dislikes the present stigma in the industry that people are disposable. Call Center is for undergrads who failed their board exam, and or for those who can't find a better job. "

Benefits:

  1. Full remote set-up. Flexible hours.
  2. Profit-based commission (uncapped) + fixed salary (optional if you choose to be employed by Abound Ph)

Work set-up:

  1. You will collaborate with the CEO, Operations Director, and HR Manager.
  2. Your primary job is to source potential clients. We have a Client Success Team to help you with the bidding, proposal, and onboarding. The goal -- win our first client
  3. This is a freelance role, and it's okay to work with other projects/clients so long as are no professional conflict in any way.
