We are looking for a seasoned professional with the following

  2. Has a proven track record of sourcing, winning, and onboarding an international client from a global call center anywhere in the world. - Non-negotiable.

  5. No educational attainment required.
  6. Ambivert.
  7. Has EQ higher than IQ,

Benefits:

  1. Full remote set-up. Flexible hours.
  2. Profit-based commission (uncapped) + fixed salary (optional if you choose to be employed by Abound Ph)

Work set-up:

  1. You will collaborate with the CEO, Operations Director, and HR Manager.
  2. Your primary job is to source potential clients. We have a Client Success Team to help you with the bidding, proposal, and onboarding. The goal -- win our first client
  3. This is a freelance role, and it's okay to work with other projects/clients so long as are no professional conflict in any way.
