Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner
  • Experience working in BPO, IT and Shared Services Company
  • Skilled in Excel ad knowledgeable in PowerBi
  • Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig City

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations and support leaders.
  • Lead programs focused on employee engagement, performance management, and talent retention.
  • Analyze HR and operational data to uncover patterns in attrition, performance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Offer observations and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards departments to ensure efficient talent management and employee development plans.
  • Serve as a major counselor on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution while adhering to labor laws and corporate regulations.
  • Conduct skip-level meetings, focus group talks, and pulse surveys to gauge employee morale and participation.
  • Support leadership development programs and succession planning within your allocated accounts.
  • Drive ongoing improvement of HR procedures, reporting, and automation projects.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for leadership review and client meetings as required.
