  • Create Maintain an updated database of event planners, corporates, and travel agents.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, handlers and partners.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure repeat and long-term business.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with top clients and track business contribution.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay competitive.
  • Identify new business segments and promotional opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the reservations, banquet, and finance teams for smooth booking and billing processes.
  • Participate in revenue meetings and contribute to forecasting and budgeting exercises.
